Delivery Policy

1. Overview

At Nozomi Glow, we provide aesthetic and skincare services including Special Facials & Wellness, Laser Corrections & Skin Brightening, Skin Rejuvenation, Anti-Aging & Aesthetic Enhancements, and Skin Treatments.

As our offerings are service-based, “delivery” refers to the scheduling and fulfilment of appointments.

2. Appointment Confirmation

Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Your appointment is only considered confirmed upon receipt of this confirmation and any required payment.

3. Service Fulfilment

Services are delivered in-person at our designated premises unless otherwise stated.

Treatment will be performed on the scheduled appointment date and time.

Duration of each service may vary depending on the treatment selected and individual needs.

4. Arrival Policy

Clients are advised to arrive at least 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals may result in:

  • Reduced treatment time
  • Rescheduling of the appointment

This ensures minimal disruption to other clients.

5. Rescheduling and Changes

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours prior notice.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred new time, subject to availability.

6. Missed Appointments / No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in:

  • Loss of deposit
  • Full or partial charge of the booked service

7. Service Availability

All services are subject to availability of staff, equipment, and appointment slots.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to:

  • Operational reasons
  • Staff unavailability
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative appointment.

8. Pre-Treatment Requirements

To ensure safe and effective service delivery:

  • Clients may be required to complete a consultation or provide health-related information prior to treatment
  • Failure to provide accurate information may result in refusal or modification of the service

9. Post-Treatment Care

Aftercare instructions may be provided following your treatment.

Results and recovery may vary depending on individual skin conditions and adherence to aftercare guidance.
