Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Nozomi Glow, we offer a range of aesthetic and skincare services, including Special Facials & Wellness, Laser Corrections & Skin Brightening, Skin Rejuvenation, Anti-Aging & Aesthetic Enhancements, and Skin Treatments.

Due to the nature of these services, all payments are generally non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

2. Completed Services

Once a service has been fully carried out, refunds will not be provided.

Treatment results may differ from person to person and are not guaranteed.

3. Deposits and Advance Payments

Deposits made to secure an appointment are non-refundable.

However:

  • Deposits may be transferred to another appointment if rescheduling is done within the required notice period
  • Deposits may be forfeited in cases of late cancellations or failure to attend

4. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The appointment is cancelled within the allowed notice period without requesting rescheduling
  • The service cannot be delivered by us due to unforeseen circumstances
  • A duplicate or incorrect payment has been made

All refund requests are subject to approval at our discretion.

5. Medical or Skin Reactions

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin concerns before receiving treatment.

We are not responsible for adverse reactions where full disclosure has not been provided. Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with results or reactions unless they are determined to be caused by negligence.

6. Service Suitability

If a treatment is considered unsuitable during consultation (prior to the service being performed), we may:

  • Recommend an alternative service
  • Offer a credit or refund at our discretion

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

8. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

  • Clients arriving late may have their session shortened or cancelled
  • Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for refunds

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.
